COYS Construction Ltd ("COYS Construction", "we", "us" or "our") provides construction, refurbishment, fit-out, fire door and maintenance services across London and the South East. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website at coysconstruction.co.uk, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Our website is an enquiry-only site. We do not sell products online and we do not run advertising or marketing tracking.

The data controller for personal data collected through this website is COYS Construction Ltd.

We collect two types of information:

• Enquiry form submissions: your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message, along with any further details you choose to include (such as company name or project type).
• Analytics data: if you consent, Google Analytics 4 collects information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring website.

• Responding to enquiries and providing quotes. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• Understanding and improving the website. Our legal basis is your consent, given through the cookie banner. You may withdraw it at any time.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and local storage entries that keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. These do not require consent.
