As a BM TRADA certified company, COYS was approached by an existing client to upgrade, remediate and certify four sites across London, Bath, Norwich and Brighton within an extremely short timescale. The project coordinated the remediation and certification of approximately 1,200 fire doors under the BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Maintenance Scheme, with all repairs complying with BM TRADA Accepted Repair Techniques (ART).

Scope included adjusting doors to 2 to 4mm requirements, thresholds and re-bated drop seals, new fire door sets, ironmongery, fire stopping, intumescent seals, architrave and frame installation, lipping repairs, glazing, signage and BM TRADA certification on completion.
