Centurion House required a structured programme of fire door upgrade and remediation works to bring the building in line with current fire safety standards. COYS delivered the works as accredited installers under the BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Maintenance Scheme.

Challenges and Solutions

How COYS delivered

Working in a live residential block meant scheduling shifts around resident access, controlling noise and dust, and reinstating each door fully compliant before leaving site. The team worked in close coordination with the managing agent throughout the programme.
