The remit
COYS were appointed to carry out a programme of fire door maintenance and remediation across Benedicts Gate. Works were completed under the BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Maintenance Scheme to provide residents with certified, compliant fire doors throughout the building.
How COYS delivered
All works were carried out in an occupied residential building. The team coordinated closely with residents and the building manager to access flats during agreed windows, kept communal areas tidy at the end of each shift, and protected finishes throughout. Doors were kept operational at the end of every working day.
