Fire door installation, remediation and certification across student studios at View Studios, delivered under the BM TRADA Q-Mark scheme.
The remit
COYS carried out a building wide fire door upgrade programme at View Studios, a purpose built student accommodation block. Each studio door was surveyed, remediated and certified under the BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Maintenance Scheme.
How COYS delivered
The works ran alongside an occupied student block during term time. COYS coordinated with the operator to access studios with minimal disruption to study and sleep patterns, maintained clean communal corridors, and reinstated every door operational and compliant by the end of each visit.
