Full office, canteen, reception and toilet fit out for Belazu Ingredient Co., delivered as principal contractor.
The remit
COYS delivered the full fit out of Belazu's head office, including reconfigured office floor plates, a new canteen and reception, refurbished toilets and an upgraded kitchen. The works combined stud partitioning, a glass partitioned HR office and a full suite of MEP and finishes.
How COYS delivered
The programme combined multiple workstreams across a single floor plate with tight phasing. COYS sequenced trades carefully, maintained a clean and safe site for client visits, and worked closely with the design team to deliver a high specification finish to programme.
