COYS delivered a comprehensive external works package at Bow Brook House, restoring the building envelope across windows, brickwork, roofing and render. The full programme was completed from scaffold with the building fully occupied throughout.
How COYS delivered
Working on a fully occupied residential block required careful resident communication, noise and dust control, and tight management of scaffold and access. The team worked to a phased programme to minimise disruption while restoring the building envelope to a high standard.
